Privacy Policy
Last updated: January 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Allen Greenberg, Attorney at Law (“we,” “us,” or “our”) treats information in connection with this website (the “Site”). We have designed the Site to be a simple, static informational page. We do not collect, store, sell, rent, or share your personal information through the Site.
1. No Collection or Storage of Personal Data
The Site contains no contact forms, no account registration, no newsletter sign-up, no chat widget, and no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not maintain a database of visitors. We do not create profiles about you, and we do not store any personal data that you may view on or navigate through the Site.
If you choose to contact us by telephone, WhatsApp, or email using the details published on the Site, that communication takes place outside the Site through your own telephone service, messaging application, or email provider. Any information you send us in that way is handled as described in Section 4 below.
2. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site does not set advertising, analytics, profiling, or tracking cookies, and it does not use web beacons, pixels, or fingerprinting technologies. Your browser or our hosting provider may process limited technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) as an inherent part of delivering the page to you and protecting the Site against abuse. We do not access, aggregate, or retain that technical information for marketing purposes.
3. Hosting and Third-Party Services
The Site is delivered by a third-party hosting and content-delivery provider. That provider may process transient server log data for security, availability, and abuse prevention purposes in accordance with its own policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third parties, including WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), your telephone carrier, or your email provider, and we encourage you to review their policies before communicating with us through their services.
4. Information You Send Us Directly
When you contact us by telephone, WhatsApp, or email, we receive the information you choose to provide. We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we are subsequently engaged, to provide legal services. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for marketing to third parties.
Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information before an attorney-client relationship has been established in writing. Unsolicited email and messages are not protected by attorney-client privilege, and internet transmissions are never fully secure. Information sent to us before we agree to represent you may not be treated as confidential and does not preclude us from representing another party in the same or a related matter.
Where we retain communications and client records, we do so in accordance with our professional obligations of confidentiality and the applicable rules of professional conduct in the State of Israel and the State of New York, and for no longer than required by those rules and by applicable law.
5. Artificial Intelligence
Portions of the Site’s text, translation, or code may have been drafted or reviewed with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, always subject to attorney review. The Site itself contains no AI chatbot, no automated legal-advice feature, and no automated decision-making about visitors, and it does not transmit your information to any AI system.
We do not upload confidential or privileged client information to public or consumer generative AI services. Where AI-assisted tools are used in the course of professional work, they are used only in a manner consistent with our duties of competence, confidentiality, and supervision, and all work product is reviewed by a licensed attorney. AI-generated content is never a substitute for legal advice.
6. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for adults seeking legal services and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Your Rights
Because we do not collect or store personal data through the Site, there is ordinarily no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. If you have sent us information directly and wish to inquire about it, or to request its correction or deletion, you may contact us at the email address below. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, or U.S. state privacy laws; we will honor applicable rights subject to our overriding professional and legal obligations to retain certain records.
8. International Visitors
The Site is operated from Israel and may be accessed worldwide. By using the Site you understand that any communication you initiate may be transmitted to and processed in Israel and other jurisdictions.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
