Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purposes Only — No Legal Advice

All content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice or a legal opinion on any specific facts or circumstances. Legal outcomes depend on the particular facts of each matter and on law that changes over time and differs between jurisdictions. You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of any content on the Site without seeking advice from a qualified attorney licensed in the relevant jurisdiction.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Viewing the Site, or contacting us by telephone, WhatsApp, or email, does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only upon the execution of a written engagement letter or retainer agreement signed by both you and Allen Greenberg, Attorney at Law, and only after we have completed any applicable conflict-of-interest check.

Do not send confidential or privileged information until an attorney-client relationship has been established in writing. Unsolicited communications are not confidential and may not be protected by attorney-client privilege.

3. Attorney Advertising

The Site may be considered attorney advertising under the rules of professional conduct of certain jurisdictions, including the New York Rules of Professional Conduct and the rules of the Israel Bar Association. Allen Greenberg is licensed to practice law in the State of New York and in the State of Israel and is based in Jerusalem. He is not licensed in, and does not offer legal services in, jurisdictions in which he is not admitted to practice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to represent you or a solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be prohibited. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, completeness, currentness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Portions of the Site’s text, translations, or code may have been prepared with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools and subsequently reviewed by a licensed attorney. AI tools can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated output. No content on the Site, whether AI-assisted or not, is legal advice, and no AI tool used in connection with the Site provides legal advice or exercises legal judgment.

Do not rely on AI-generated summaries, translations, or third-party AI systems that reproduce content from the Site. If you use an AI assistant to interpret content from the Site, you do so at your own risk. We disclaim all responsibility for any output generated by third-party AI systems that reference, summarize, or reproduce the Site.

6. Hebrew and English Versions

The Site is presented in both English and Hebrew for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English and Hebrew text, the English version shall prevail for purposes of interpreting these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All text, layout, design, photographs, and other materials on the Site are owned by Allen Greenberg, Attorney at Law, or used with permission, and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial reference. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, framing, scraping, or use of the Site’s content — including use for training or fine-tuning artificial intelligence or machine learning models — is prohibited without our prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of any third-party service, and a link does not imply endorsement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Allen Greenberg, Attorney at Law shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site, or your reliance on any content on the Site, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or under applicable rules of professional conduct.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems; not to interfere with the Site’s operation or security; and not to use automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to extract content from the Site except as permitted by our robots file.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the competent courts located in Jerusalem, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.

12. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
